About Me

For over 25 years, I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy services in a variety of settings.

My philosophy is that therapy should be a learning and growing experience, providing you with real life tools and skills.  My style is collaborative and solution focused and, my job, as I see it, is to help you make the changes you'd like to see in your life.

My current practice includes therapy with older adults, mature women, and young adults, concerning issues such as:

- depression and anxiety

- grief & loss

- stress management

- counseling young adults at a crossroads with relationships and careers

- supporting caregivers and family of loved ones diagnosed with dementia

- family communication

In addition to my private practice, I also worked for over 10 years with couples planning to marry in the Catholic church as part of their Marriage Preparation process.
